Messaging Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the CropStack AgChem+ inventory assistant messaging program (the "Program"), through which CropStack ("we," "us") exchanges WhatsApp and/or text messages with CropStack account holders who opt in. By opting in, you agree to these terms and to our Messaging Privacy Policy.
1. Program description
The Program lets you manage agricultural chemical inventory by messaging with CropStack: log product usage ("Used 5 gallons of Roundup at North Field"), add stock, check what's on hand, send photos of product labels for identification, and receive replies and confirmations. If you enable them in the app, the Program also delivers inventory-change alerts and related account notices. The Program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
2. Opting in
You opt in from the Messages page of the CropStack app by actively checking a consent box (never pre-checked) and completing the link by sending a one-time code from your own phone. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your activity and the alerts you enable — for example, you receive a reply when you message the assistant and an alert when inventory changes, if you turned alerts on.
4. Fees
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. CropStack does not charge for the Program itself.
5. Opting out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out. We will unlink your number immediately, confirm the opt-out, and send no further messages. You can also disconnect your number from the Messages page in the app. You can re-join at any time from the same page.

7. Eligibility and your responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old, hold a CropStack account, and be the subscriber or customary user of the phone number you link.
- You agree to notify us (or simply disconnect/re-link in the app) if you change or give up your phone number, so messages are not sent to a reassigned number.
- Inventory records created from your messages are subject to your organization's CropStack account and the CropStack Terms of Service shown in the app.
8. Carriers and availability
Mobile carriers and messaging platform providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Program depends on carrier networks and third-party messaging services (including WhatsApp and Twilio); delivery is not guaranteed, and the Program may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Messages may not be compatible with all handsets or plans.
9. Privacy
Our Messaging Privacy Policy describes what we collect for the Program and how it is used and shared — including that no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and that opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
